I'm trin, and I'm ready to senior send it
AM- slept in
PM- 1600. Felt okay about it but I wish I had raced differently. Just going to focus on the 800 tomorrow
AM- weights and yoga
PM- easy mileage +finishes. Excited to race tomorrow but hopefully the weather cooperates!
AM- morning run!
PM- workout on the track! Felt way good!
AM- Weights and morning run
PM- 5 miles after school and then the team helped out with the JV meet. Today was a good day :)
AM- 3 miles easy with Powell, Matt and Spencer. I love these morning runs!
PM- 6 mile workout on the Michigan mile loop. It went okay but not as well as I wanted it to.
