AM- did state meet format today doing all our races just broken. Did 5x100s for the 500 with 10s rest in between 100s and added up my time. Went a 5:23 and I am pumped for next week.

PM- met up with BAM and supported their ride and then did 4 miles easy with the group. It was a BEAUTIFUL day and I loved it. Totally felt like summer.

Swim- swim after at summit and it was awesome. Super nice weather and a pretty chill practice to start our taper. Loved today!

Well after a short hiatus from running for state swim and the flu, I'm back with something to log.

8 miles today around sand hollow. Beautiful weather but I was missing my main ladies. Hung out with the tri peeps that are down while they did their workout and ran with connor weaver who is so speedy quick. Excited to get back at it for track here next week and finally feelin good!

AM- Morning Swim! Counting down my last few swim practices has been super weird but I'm just trying to enjoy every second of them. 

Adventure run after with the team out at JEM trail in the snow. Super fun to have everyone together again and enjoy running in the snow.

AM- morning swim. Didn't feel too hot but that's life. Got my run in right after swim with my dad. Ran with the dogs too. Gunna hit the temple after work to finish off a good day

AM- I got to SLEEP IN!! I was honestly so excited lol. I slept in until 7:30 and it was amazing.

PM- Took a much-needed snow day today to get my life back together after being so busy with swim and being sick. I basically deep cleaned everything in my room and bathroom and it feels so nice to have it all clean. Workout today for track felt awesome. Lots of 200's with lily and some good convo with coach. I am way excited for next week and getting my mileage up.

Last swim meet ever!

Swam the 4x100 relay, 50 free, 200 free, and 200 free relay. Didn't make it back to finals but after being sick for a week I was okay with it.

This is so bittersweet. I cant believe after 6 years this I'd my last meet ever. Love my team, love this sport and I love everything it has given me.

AM- 30 minute spin, core and stretch

PM- 800s on the track. Felt pretty good actually. Hit all my times and enjoyed the warm weather. I seriously couldn't stop smiling all day :)

AM- weights at the high school and 3 easy miles. The sunrise was BEAUTIFUL!

PM- easy mileage after school with strides. Felt pretty okay after the workout yesterday but a little sore.

PM- workout on the track. Felt pretty flat just because I started weights this week but still managed to hit my times which I was happy about.

AM- Supposed to do weights but football kicked us out so we did P-90x instead lol. Ran 3 easy after with the team. Legs felt a lot better this morning.

PM- easy mileage on zen trail going up the side trail that puts you right on the cliff. Calves were definitely feeling it but it was a fun run!
