AM- bike ride bc I've been banned from running... but my leg felt soo much better so I'm going to run tomorrow for sure!!

PM- swim team! Good swim with dryland after where we did core and some running and my leg felt a okay!

PM- lots of walking around to watch the races at arcadia! Super exciting and inspiring to see all these amazing runners!

AM- swim team- felt so good to get back in the water!

PM- track threshold run with surges.. didn't feel to awesome but didn't feel bad either, just a little flat from this weekend.

Swim- butterfly kick ALL PRACTICE. I literally almost died and I'm not exaggerating.

Core- 3x1m front 3x1m side 3x1mside

AM- swim at shac this morning. Felt good and got into the groove during the pull portion of the set.

PM- PV relays at pv obviously lol. Ran the medley 1600 and that was good to have a push before I finished up my mileage. 5 total

Strength- felt really good and my balance is getting better. Ended with my planks

AM-killer bike workout on the computrainer!

PM- track in the blazing heat out to Sunriver. It was so so hot so obviously it had to be a sports bra run.

Swim- easy swim w dryland

PM- 5miles pre-workout stuff for tomorrow. SO PUMPED to get out there and run tomorrow! 

Swim- 4000 m pretty easy but it felt a little weird. I don't know why but my stroke just felt off. 

swim banquet after and that was super fun to just hang out with everyone.

AM- Easy shakeout bike!

PM- SQ in the mile! really felt like I raced a smart and strong race and I had the best cheering section out there :) 

Also anchored the medley and that was pretty cool as well!

AM- Swim team. Warmup and a threshold set. I really pushed it and found the groove of my stroke early on. Really happy with how it's holding up and my fitness in the water.

PM- Track workout in the winds of the desert lol. 16 min progression with some 400s at the end. I felt pushed but not dead so I think overall it was a good day of workouts. My stomach is giving me some trouble at the moment so we'll see how that transfers into tomorrow. Overall a solid day of training to start the week.

AM- 90m bike with some pushes inside the time. Felt good!

PM- 6 miles with the team to little valley as a pack!

Also found out my dog is preggo today!!

AM- swim set, really solid tempo and Shawn complimented my stroke!

PM- workout with Lily and Anna! Not too bad but the ice bath after was literally he**. Not gunna lie

PM- pre workout stuff at the track after school! Ready to rock and roll for tomorrow! Swim- looong workout in the pool. Not really hard just long. Also saw a pretty double rainbow during core after! <3

PM- Race at Dixie! 2 mile warm-up and then the race and cooldown! Ended up with a 5:11 so a pr! Ended the day with jamba!

Race in Henderson at the Rage Triathlon! Went out looking for a strong swim and I definitely got it! I felt awesome and came out of the water first! I stayed in first until after the bike turnaround and then the first place guy came and passed me :( I could definitely feel my leg fatigue from the mile yesterday but I ended up taking first! Super excited and ready to start this last week of good training before Richmond!

PM- 7 miles with the team was it for today. Really focusing on rest for Richmond next week. It was pretty toasty out on the az strip today but felt nice to get some mileage on the trails!

AM- workout on the track! Long but good

Pm- swim on my own with sprint 50s. Felt good and got into my stroke quickly

2 hour bike with 30 minute run at sand hollow! Worked on transitions too but broke my bike so I had to take it into the shop which kinda sucked... but getting excited for next week!
