AM- easy 3

PM- This workout was so rewarding. I had a hard time mentally going into this workout just because I felt SO tired. But I was able to push through, hit my times and finish the workout. I am stronger because of it :)

PM- mile at Dixie! Finally SQ and I'm so happy about it. There was this weird mental block with it so now that it's out of the way hopefully I can run some faster times! Pumped for the 800 tomorrow

800- I didn't like this race at all. I didn't run it the way I wanted too and I was pretty disappointed with it.

Oh well. I'll just live and learn and do something different next time.

PM- hard workout today. It shouldn't have felt as hard as it did but i think I was still feeling the 800 from Saturday. Finished well though with some killer 400s.

AM- Weights and 6.5 mile run around the boneyard. Loved running in the morning with everyone. It was so beautiful and the company was top notch :)

PM- 3 miles easy with my Dad after work. He's been really good at training for the ironman this year so I'm way excited to see how he does!

Core and stretch later. I've been feeling really good this week so far and I think it's because I've been really picky about what I'm eating. So far it's been working!

I've been sleeping so much better lately. I've started taking melatonin at about 8:30 and by 9:15 I'm out. It has been so great! AM- 2 by myself and 3 with our morning crew.

PM- .5 warmuup, 3 mile run, .5 strides. Nice and easy run but it was SO hot

AM- got our mileage in this morning with a big group. Ran a little farther than 4 but the conversation was way good so it was worth it. Calves felt pretty sore from the workout yesterday but that's to be expected.

AM- workout! Got a little intimidated and fell off pace for the 1000s but pulled it together for the 400s. Still have weird tightness in my calves after I run so I'm going to add in more electrolytes and see if that helps.

PM- easy run and stretch.
