PM- 7 miles with the team was it for today. Really focusing on rest for Richmond next week. It was pretty toasty out on the az strip today but felt nice to get some mileage on the trails!

See...even you don't use the mileage calculator...I have to read the details of your blog to even figure out what exercise you did!
