AM- swim! got up and went to swim and I actually didn't feel that out of swim shape thank goodness! It might take me a second to get back into the swing of things but I'm i'm okay with it. Did yoga after and my legs felt a ton better
PM- 800s at Bloomington hills north park. I was a little nervous for this workout considering I did terrible Tuesday, but I surprised myself! I hit my time or faster on every single rep and the last one I went a 2:47. I exercised a lot of patience during the workout to really work the last two and I'm super proud of it! We picked out state rings after practice too!!
