AM- SWIM MEET!! I actually did so good haha! Matt was an amazing sadies date and came to support and after we went climbing so my arms were destroyed! 

PM- Mosh and 1 mile of running for fugitive- I was going to try and fit in a run this weekend so I wasn't going so long w/o running but it didn't happen :(

WORST DAY EVER. 

AM- Terrible swim practice with a THROBBING ear. I have a freaking ear infection from ear eczema?? How does that even happen? Everything was thrown at me today and I had no time to run so I was pissed all day.

AM- 3 miles easy to let my ear have a break from swim. Ran with Powell, Lisa and matt. It was a good time

PM- mile repeat workout! My times were like night and day from last week! I was able to get faster each one and stay mentally strong to run my fastest mile on the last one!! SO PUMPED for nike!

AM- Swim team! First threshold workout and we did 3[10x100s threshold] I felt so good! I was hitting about 1:07s so a little slower than last season but not too bad for taking 2 months off! I honestly just felt so good about it and it totally boosted my confidence.

PM- run out in Bloomington. We ran this way faster than normal pace wise and it actually felt really good once we got going. Mentally it was a little hard knowing this was our easy pace for today but I warmed up to it! Shawnee even came to practice so it was such an awesome day!

AM- DANG GOOD SWIM PRACTICE!! I DESTROYED those 100s and 50s. I am looking forward to the rest of the season! Also- I saw Coach Holt after lol that was so freaking funny

Got ready this morning and took my senior pics so that was interesting... but hopefully, they turn out okay. 

Ran 6 miles with Sam, Bailey, and Lauren out on the AZ strip. Love running with these girls. We had some good convos and actually we were going pretty quick considering the workouts this week.

Went to my grandpas bday party after cuz he has reached the ripe old age of 80

Spent the rest of the afternoon doing math 1050 rip my soul

AM- morning walk from the hotel haha. Got super hot last night and woke up at 5am so that was nice.

PM- ran the nike course, and no one died. I am getting really excited for what we could do tomorrow. I hope that all we have worked for shows tomorrow and we can race lights out. Let's finish on empty girls!

Nike! Woke up this morning feeling awesome! Slept through the whole night and got some good rest!

PM- so the race didn't go how we wanted. I am really bummed but we had to have all ran lights out and we didn't. It sucks but we did what we could. The joy is in the journey and I loved every second of this season. We will become better from this experience.

AM- KILLER threshold set. I absolutely crushed it. I really hope Shawn let's me swim the 200 next weekend because I think I would do pretty decent!

PM- met up with Bailey, Lauren and sav to run zen trail. I forgot how much uphill this run has but the view and time with the girls was totally worth it!

I was super productive the rest of the day and just got a lot of stuff done.

AM- easy 5 w Bailey and Sam at the soccer park. It was so pretty and we just had a good time. I'm excited for thanksgiving today too. As much as I grumble about having everyone at our house, I love seeing everyone :) happy thanksgiving!

I might go for another run after dinner to try and digest my food before tomorrow's workout but we'll see

I had Family pictures today so I ended up going mountain biking instead of running. My legs really needed it. I rode for an hour with Mitch and Korbin and it was SOOO much fun! I went down some big drops and even did some jumps. I'm going to definitely go again!

AM- A suuuper hard swim practice this morning. Really pushed myself in the pool and then did an hour of really intense core work. I AM SO SORE!

PM- Easy 4 miles + strides with the girls and lady coach. Talked about dating and how sometimes boys are dumb lol. I am going to miss these girls when I graduate!

AM- Threshold practice at swim. I moved up a lane which was a stretch for me. I was soo tired after but I felt really good about the workout.

PM- 3x400s on the track for the team to get ready for footlocker. I am sad I'm not going with the team but I know they will all do amazing. I get to swim this weekend instead. I'm not sure what exactly I'm swimming this weekend but hopefully, I am in shape enough now to be on top of my times from last season.

Also- This is the start of my two-week break so I guess I won't have any mileage on here for a second!

AM- Pretty easy morning practice working on relay starts and dives.

PM- SWIM MEET! Swam the 200 free and I ended up doing a ton better than I thought I would. I still have a long way to go but I am confident that I can drop some time this season.
