AM- Weights and 6.5 mile run around the boneyard. Loved running in the morning with everyone. It was so beautiful and the company was top notch :)
PM- 3 miles easy with my Dad after work. He's been really good at training for the ironman this year so I'm way excited to see how he does!
Core and stretch later. I've been feeling really good this week so far and I think it's because I've been really picky about what I'm eating. So far it's been working!
