AM- hour and a half Bike workout on the trainer! 30x1min zone 4 and 10x30s all out. I felt strong and I can't wait to see how I do at the crit race this weekend with the men!
PM- Easy 4 mile run with the girls talking about boys and valentines day :) It's always a good time with our girls team
Easy swim today to recover from yesterdays workout and get ready for tomorrow morning!
It was a pretty uneventful day other than some funny moments in physics!
