I only had one workout today!!! First time in forever that that's happened and man did it feel good. Track- 400's at race pace with a 800 and finishes. I'm so ready for this weekend it's not even funny! I have two workouts tomorrow in prep so that should be good! Also in case anyone actually reads this- the great British baking show is AMAZING. Like so funny and I basically binge watched a whole season over the past 4 days so that's fine lol. Anyways that's all |
