RACE RECON DAY!!! 20 minute run with 2x20s at 80% Then 3 loops of the bike course with some intensity out of the hairpin turn and some transition practice Then a swim in the nasty pond! Pumped to have the opportunity to race tomorrow and that Mitch my teammate is here too! Now we have the race meeting and then a good night's sleep for tomorrows early race! I GOT THIS!! |
