AM- morning swim! Good little workout to shake out the legs from region PM- it was so beautiful outside today! 5 miles plus finishes on our gold girl loop. Loved every second! <3

AM- dang hard morning swim. Lightening rounds with leggings on for drag.

PM- still taking it easy bc I'm a little sick. Only did 10 minutes of the progression run but we were going dang fast.

Swim- lots of kicking with leggings on. Almost drowned.

AM- did state meet format today doing all our races just broken. Did 5x100s for the 500 with 10s rest in between 100s and added up my time. Went a 5:23 and I am pumped for next week.

PM- met up with BAM and supported their ride and then did 4 miles easy with the group. It was a BEAUTIFUL day and I loved it. Totally felt like summer.

Swim- swim after at summit and it was awesome. Super nice weather and a pretty chill practice to start our taper. Loved today!
