AM- Swim team, long warm up and threshold with some Speedplay. I felt a little off but I think it's just because it was the first workout of the week and it'll be okay tomorrow :) 6miles with the girls on prospector! It started snowing so hard when we cut onto church rocks and it was so beautiful! I wish I had had my camera! I've also never run in the snow before so that was a new experience too:) we had some good conversation on the run and got some hot cocoa after, it was a good morning:)

PM- Bike inside on the trainer, with the main workout to simulate the bike pack and anticipating breakaways. Included some 30second sprints at 300watts that just about killed me.
Overall a pretty productive day! :)
