AM- Dropped the ball and missed my morning run today...

PM- 5 miles with the team jamming to one direction and kesha so it was a good time

Swim team after! Nice to get back in the water after the weekend

Lighter day today because of the act so all I did was the track workout. I feel like I crushed the act though so that's dope

The workout was 4x800 and the first two were easier and then Lily had to stop because of sickness so I had to do the last two by myself:( but it wasn't too bad mad hopefully Thursdays workout is harder lol
