AM- 3 miles easy with Matt, Coach Powell, and Carson. Love our early mornings

PM- 6 miles total this afternoon. Pretty warm for a workout but got through it. It was nice to see everyone happy after a rough weekend.

AM- morning run with the homies by Brandon's house. Rainy but fun!

PM- workout on the track. Almost got shanked by a soccer ball but I survived. Survived this workout too ;)
