AM- 3 miles easy with our am crew. Told Powell about my dream last night and now hamburgers will forever be an inside joke. Gotta love the powells.

PM- 800 workout on the track. Felt okay after last weekend but not super great

AM- holy this workout was tough. Fought through it and killed it though. It seriously boosted my confidence hitting those fast times.

PM- SUPER easy 3 miles plus ice bath

My Birthday!

AM- weights and yoga

PM- pre-meet routine with the team. Super excited for the hurricane meet- I've never ran there before.

Had probably my favorite birthday so far today. I just felt so loved by everyone around me. 17 was hard and awesome, but 18 will be even better :)

AM- Got to sleep in!

PM- mile. 0.1 off of the qualifying time but after this week of workouts, I'll take it. Excited to see how I'll hold up in the 800 tomorrow.

AM- state qualified in the 800! Finally got it and had a great race. So close to breaking 2:20 but it was alright based on the week of workouts we've had.

PM- worked in the yard with dad all afternoon and then went out with cooper!
