AM- Swim team. Warmup and a threshold set. I really pushed it and found the groove of my stroke early on. Really happy with how it's holding up and my fitness in the water.
PM- Track workout in the winds of the desert lol. 16 min progression with some 400s at the end. I felt pushed but not dead so I think overall it was a good day of workouts. My stomach is giving me some trouble at the moment so we'll see how that transfers into tomorrow. Overall a solid day of training to start the week.
