7 miles easy this morning. Got sick yesterday which STINKS but I was feeling okay on the run. I am seriously loving life right now with running. I don't feel sluggish or tired but we have been running faster! (7:24 average)
5 miles @7:10 pace with the infamous Evan Boyer. Super fun to catch up and talk but being somewhat sick and running with him just about killed me haha. 1 mile walk after because he overestimated our loop.
