PM- Getting back into things after my surgery. Ran an easy 4 behind the school! I am so ready to be feeling back to normal instead of so swollen and sore in my mouth. It'll come though so I'm not worried. I have a couple of big decisions to make this week so wish me luck!

PM- Oi Vey. This workout was tough. I don't know if it was the wisdom teeth or what but I did not do very well.

AM- swim! got up and went to swim and I actually didn't feel that out of swim shape thank goodness! It might take me a second to get back into the swing of things but I'm i'm okay with it. Did yoga after and my legs felt a ton better

PM- 800s at Bloomington hills north park. I was a little nervous for this workout considering I did terrible Tuesday, but I surprised myself! I hit my time or faster on every single rep and the last one I went a 2:47. I exercised a lot of patience during the workout to really work the last two and I'm super proud of it! We picked out state rings after practice too!!

AM- swim again, a lot longer than yesterday but I still felt really good! Shawn wants me to sprint this year so we'll see how that turns out lol.

After swim I got home, changed and went for my run. All the girls had run earlier in the day so I just went by myself and did an easy 4. It felt good to be done with all my work by 8:30am! 

Went to school and work and worked my butt off. I got tons done and got like 4 hours in so it was a solid day!

PM-it was sooo nice to sleep in this morning! I haven't had the best past two days. My parents are pissed and i feel like we just keep getting in arguments about college and what I'm doing with my life and all I want to do is make my own decisions for once. I was in a super bad mood starting this run but about 5 miles in I stated feeling a little better and just focused on the pretty desert :) did 10.5 with the girls with the last mile fast. It was perfect weather and the run really helped me clear my head!
