AM- swim for hs. Did about a 5k

PM- Michigan workout! I didn't feel like I ever got into a rhythm today but I still hit all my times and threw down a beast 1:06 at the end. Cooled stretched and talked to coach!

AM- swim with the team. Hip strengthening and some arm stuff

PM- 1/2 mile warm-up and then 4 mile easy behind the school. Felt a little sore but that's to be expected lol. Lots of good convos with the girls! 8x100 strides!

AM- SWIM MEET!! I actually did so good haha! Matt was an amazing sadies date and came to support and after we went climbing so my arms were destroyed! 

PM- Mosh and 1 mile of running for fugitive- I was going to try and fit in a run this weekend so I wasn't going so long w/o running but it didn't happen :(
