AM- This morning the workout wasn't too bad but the dryland was so rough. My legs are dead

PM- Kick night at pm swim. Did  3 rounds of the set because I'm not going to the San Diego meet this weekend and everyone else did 2.

AM- My favorite day of the week! Threshold! I had a super good set!

PM- I didn't go to pm swim because I had a work meeting at 7. I was driving home after and got into a decently bad car accident so that stinks. No one was hurt thank goodness; I'm just a little sore. Let's just say it was an emotional night.

AM- swim team. Everyone is in San Diego so there was 6 of us at practice but it was a good one. Dryland was rough yet again.

AM- swim team again lol. Sprint swim practice and my legs are dead. This week has just killed me for some reason.

PM- High school meet. We swam both days schedules in one evening so it went super fast and I swam 4 different times. I am just ready to get in more work and be rested for the next high school meet in January. Also, track starts Monday and I couldn't be more excited!
