I did 4 unassisted pullups which is the most I think I've ever done so hopefully I can get to 10 by the end of the season PM- evening swim with all the girls. Did some sprints and kicking and then finished off with some dryland and pull-ups.</p> <p>PM- Swim team again haha. It was stroke and Kick day so I did a lot of kicking and I finally feel like I&#39;m&nbsp;making progress with that. It was nice to be back at summit again.</p> <p>Got out of practice and saw that Nathan is missing. Swam the 200 free and I ended up doing a ton better than I thought I would. I moved up a lane which was a stretch for me. I was soo tired after but I felt really good about the workout.</p> <p>PM- 3x400s on the track for the team to get ready for footlocker. I am sad I&#39;m not going with the team but I know they will all do amazing. I get to swim this weekend instead. Really pushed myself in the pool and then did an hour of really intense core work. I AM SO SORE!</p> <p>PM- Easy 4 miles + strides with the girls and lady coach. Talked about dating and how sometimes boys are dumb lol. My legs really needed it. I rode for an hour with Mitch and Korbin and it was SOOO much fun! I went down some big drops and even did some jumps. Did a whole lotta 800s and then Sav fell and twisted her ankle and couldn&#39;t run so I let bailey and sam finish the workout without me because I&#39;m not racing next week and they are. I'm excited for thanksgiving today too. As much as I grumble about having everyone at our house, I love seeing everyone :) happy thanksgiving! I absolutely crushed it. I really hope Shawn let's me swim the 200 next weekend because I think I would do pretty decent! PM- met up with Bailey, Lauren and sav to run zen trail. I forgot how much uphill this run has but the view and time with the girls was totally worth it! I was super productive the rest of the day and just got a lot of stuff done. Slept through the whole night and got some good rest! PM- so the race didn't go how we wanted. I am really bummed but we had to have all ran lights out and we didn't. It sucks but we did what we could. The joy is in the journey and I loved every second of this season. We will become better from this experience. I was hitting about 1:07s so a little slower than last season but not too bad for taking 2 months off! I honestly just felt so good about it and it totally boosted my confidence.</p> <p>PM- run out in Bloomington. We ran this way&nbsp;faster than normal pace wise and it actually felt really good once we got going. Mentally it was a little hard knowing this was our easy pace for today but I warmed up to it!
