AM- another beast of a swim practice. I had a super good workout but was really tired after.

Met up at the high school to do the mileage. I'm so ready for organized practice to start again because I miss running with everyone :( it was just bailey, chloe and I today. We did the boneyard loop and then one lap on the track. Felt pretty good but I'm mostly just excited for track to officially start tomorrow!

AM- swim team. 500 pacing and dryland w the girls.

PM- kosmin workout! Did the 800 one and made it pretty far. Shawnee and layjay came to practice today and it was fun catching up. Excited to see what times I'll be hitting in workouts this season!

Swim meet today! It's a little bit of a bummer bc I dont get to run but I only have a few of these left so I gotta enjoy them! Swam in the 200 medley anchoring the freely leg. Went a 25.9 so not too shabby. I swam the 200 free too and ended up going a 2:02. It wasn't what I wanted but I got a lot of good feedback. I swim the 500 tomorrow and I know I can crush it!

AM-

morning swim again. We are about a month out from state so I'm getting excited to be done with these 4:30am wake up calls. Good workout just long swimming.

2 mile run with dad when I got home. We kept it super easy and chill but it'll be nice to start getting more mileage in the mornings.

PM-

Track practice! Its only been 3 days but I missed everyone. I've had a rough couple of weeks but going to practice helps me list forget about all of that for a good 2 hours. Easy 6 with stride

AM- I dont really remember what we did this morning for swim but I remember it was hard

PM- progression run at track. I really surprised myself during this workout. I stayed right with bailey and Sam the whole time.

Went to swim after and did a lot of kicking

AM- nice threshold set this morning with Ryan and Alex. They push me so much

PM- 7 miles out on the az strip and coach ran with us and we just talked the whole time. It was so much fun!

Went to PM swim and did 32x32second sprints for coach shawns bday but I had to leave a lil early for young womans.

Am- fun swim this morning!

PM- lots of fun at school and then 7 miles behind the school doing the quality loop

AM- decent swim set and super hard dryland. Did 35 clap pushups and 30 pullups and my arms are dead

PM- progression run on the track. Felt so good again and I stuck with bailey and sam right up to the end.

Swim again at summit. Chill aerobic set in the rain but at least the pool was warm. Arms are still dead

AM- got 7.5 hours of sleep and woke up so refreshed. Going to bed at 9 is the best. Had a threshold set at swim and it was SO hard. Lots of best pace and no breath stuff.

PM- really good swim practice and got beast of the day

No school so went to am swim and got some long yardage in and then went on an adventure run!

Dammeron Valley was so snowy and muddy but it was so worth it! did 6 miles and then had a yummy lunch at lilys thanks to Angie <3

Later this evening I was lilys wing woman on a double date with her and Spencer. Had a great time with my date which was definitely a bonus lol

AM- sprinting set with dani and last girls only practice of the season. Dryland was rough but I know I am getting so much stronger

PM- no run today because of region this week.

Swim team at summit. Super good kick set. Feeling ready for this weekend

AM- 200 threshold set at swim. I was going 2:17s which is pretty dang good for me. It was such a good confidence boost

PM- 5 miles easy + strides to little valley. Told a lot of stories from the weekend and everyone's jprom. Such a good time

Swim after at shac to get used to the pool for region.

AM- meet warmup and sprints for swim plus core and stretching.

I'm definitely starting to get sick so I came home and took a two-hour nap. 

PM- 3 miles easy at practice

Swim again just getting in easy yardage for tomorrow.

Region swim!

Slept in and went to the meet after school.

200 Medley Relay- new 4A state record and a first place finish and a new best 50 time of 24.5

200 Freestyle- I was so nervous for this race but it helped that I was suited up and lily even came. I raced the best I could and came in second with a 1:58. I was so happy to finally go under 2:00 for the first time this season

Region Swim!

500 freestyle was awesome! I knew I was going to have to try work my walls to win this thing and my race went just as coach shawn and I planned it would. I went a pr and dropped 4 seconds taking first!

4x100- last race of the meet and I went a 55.5 for the first 100. Lady thunder won by over 200 points!

So pumped for state!

AM- morning swim! Good little workout to shake out the legs from region PM- it was so beautiful outside today! 5 miles plus finishes on our gold girl loop. Loved every second! <3

AM- dang hard morning swim. Lightening rounds with leggings on for drag.

PM- still taking it easy bc I'm a little sick. Only did 10 minutes of the progression run but we were going dang fast.

Swim- lots of kicking with leggings on. Almost drowned.
