Got to sleep in this morning and do some fiji yoga. Felt way good to stretch before school.

PM- easy mileage with the team. First mile with the boys which was fun but they run so fast lol.

Dirty Hurty Half today! Ran with chloe and bailey basically the whole race until the last 3/4 of a mile. It was beautiful weather and I really just enjoyed myself. Average pace was 8:13 so I was happy with that. Beautiful morning running with my favorite people!

Lily and Shawnees birthday today and we raced the 800. I definitely missed the state cut by .02 seconds but I know I'm going to qualify, it's just early I'm the season! I got this.

PM- pre-meet routine with the team. Super excited for the hurricane meet- I've never ran there before.

Had probably my favorite birthday so far today. I just felt so loved by everyone around me. 17 was hard and awesome, but 18 will be even better :)

PM- mile. 0.1 off of the qualifying time but after this week of workouts, I'll take it. Excited to see how I'll hold up in the 800 tomorrow.

AM- state qualified in the 800! Finally got it and had a great race. So close to breaking 2:20 but it was alright based on the week of workouts we've had.

PM- worked in the yard with dad all afternoon and then went out with cooper!
