I've been thinking about balance a lot lately. It can be hard to balance running, family, religion, work and friends and still have time for other things. I'm so thankful for triathlons and everything it has taught me about balance because lets be honest - it has taught me a lot.

| 7 miles easy this morning. Got sick yesterday which STINKS but I was feeling okay on the run. I am seriously loving life right now with running. I don't feel sluggish or tired but we have been running faster! (7:24 average)
