AM- Swim team! First threshold workout and we did 3[10x100s threshold] I felt so good! I was hitting about 1:07s so a little slower than last season but not too bad for taking 2 months off! I honestly just felt so good about it and it totally boosted my confidence.
PM- run out in Bloomington. We ran this way faster than normal pace wise and it actually felt really good once we got going. Mentally it was a little hard knowing this was our easy pace for today but I warmed up to it! Shawnee even came to practice so it was such an awesome day!
