No school so went to am swim and got some long yardage in and then went on an adventure run!

Dammeron Valley was so snowy and muddy but it was so worth it! did 6 miles and then had a yummy lunch at lilys thanks to Angie <3

Later this evening I was lilys wing woman on a double date with her and Spencer. Had a great time with my date which was definitely a bonus lol

AM- sprinting set with dani and last girls only practice of the season. Dryland was rough but I know I am getting so much stronger

PM- no run today because of region this week.

Swim team at summit. Super good kick set. Feeling ready for this weekend

AM- 200 threshold set at swim. I was going 2:17s which is pretty dang good for me. It was such a good confidence boost

PM- 5 miles easy + strides to little valley. Told a lot of stories from the weekend and everyone's jprom. Such a good time

Swim after at shac to get used to the pool for region.

AM- meet warmup and sprints for swim plus core and stretching.

I'm definitely starting to get sick so I came home and took a two-hour nap. 

PM- 3 miles easy at practice

Swim again just getting in easy yardage for tomorrow.

Region swim!

Slept in and went to the meet after school.

200 Medley Relay- new 4A state record and a first place finish and a new best 50 time of 24.5

200 Freestyle- I was so nervous for this race but it helped that I was suited up and lily even came. I raced the best I could and came in second with a 1:58. I was so happy to finally go under 2:00 for the first time this season

Region Swim!

500 freestyle was awesome! I knew I was going to have to try work my walls to win this thing and my race went just as coach shawn and I planned it would. I went a pr and dropped 4 seconds taking first!

4x100- last race of the meet and I went a 55.5 for the first 100. Lady thunder won by over 200 points!

So pumped for state!
