I'm trin, and I like to partyyyyy
AM- bike ride bc I've been banned from running... but my leg felt soo much better so I'm going to run tomorrow for sure!!
PM- swim team! Good swim with dryland after where we did core and some running and my leg felt a okay!
AM- swim w/ the team! Also got pulled over for the first time lol
PM- track workout w/ the team! Actually ran and had no pain so yay!
AM- bike? Can't really remember
Pm- 5 easy and swim team
AM- bike before we left for arcadia
PM- run with the team in CA
AM- walk with the team
PM- 4x1600! I ran a 5:16-18ish not quite sure but still right on the edge of a pr without too many girls to push me! Overall a great race
AM- 5 easy after the late race last night!
PM- lots of walking around to watch the races at arcadia! Super exciting and inspiring to see all these amazing runners!
