PM- This workout was so rewarding. I had a hard time mentally going into this workout just because I felt SO tired. But I was able to push through, hit my times and finish the workout. I am stronger because of it :)
PM- 6 miles easy with a few girls to little valley and back. Felt pretty good considering how I felt this morning. Gonna go home and stretch some more.
PM- pre race routine. I think Andrew visiting and chewing me out about cross training freaked me out. Went to the temple and now I'm doing lots better. I'm ready for tomorrow!
