Am- easy 3 with our little morning group
PM- small workout on the track. Felt a little sluggish
Went to the pool after and swam and easy 1200m. Felt way better after!
AM- weights and morning run with the team
PM- THUNDER RELAYS!it was so windy today! Do we basically just did a whole bunch of sprinting and funky relays with the sprinters. It was a fun day!
AM- This is a lighter week so no morning run today, just some fiji and icing/rolling out
PM- 4 miles easy and then helped out with the middle school meet. It was so freezing but we made it through the meet alive
AM- Stretch/ice and fij -- not having a few morning runs this week has been weird. I miss them but it's been nice to feel fresh again!
PM- easy mileage with strides in prep for Dixie!
AM- worked on my essay all day
PM- mile at Dixie! Finally SQ and I'm so happy about it. There was this weird mental block with it so now that it's out of the way hopefully I can run some faster times! Pumped for the 800 tomorrow
800- I didn't like this race at all. I didn't run it the way I wanted too and I was pretty disappointed with it.
Oh well. I'll just live and learn and do something different next time.
