AM- morning swim again. We are about a month out from state so I'm getting excited to be done with these 4:30am wake up calls. Good workout just long swimming. 2 mile run with dad when I got home. We kept it super easy and chill but it'll be nice to start getting more mileage in the mornings. PM- Track practice! Its only been 3 days but I missed everyone. I've had a rough couple of weeks but going to practice helps me list forget about all of that for a good 2 hours. Easy 6 with stride |
