Super rough day emotionally-
Tried to come back and hit a good workout but just kinda hung on. Still got work in just not quite how I would've liked.
5 with lily at practice - suuper recovery, legs are trashed from racing Saturday and mondays workout.

Felt SO strong today. I was super proud of how I pushed and overall was just super happy with how today went!
