Mile- 5:11.04 - felt SO good. Ran a smart race but I think I settled in a little too much the third and fourth lap. I'm ready to start dipping down to low 5! Overall it was about a 2 second 1600pr so I cant be mad.

3K- 10:41 - I haven't ran anything comparable to the 3k in at least 2 years so I had no expectations today. Ended up leading the whole thing but I should've been more aggressive in the beginning. I think if I had people around I could've run at least 10 seconds faster, but for now I'm ok with it! Overall a great day.

3-mile hike/run up Bells Canyon with the Junior Team. So fun to see the kids in real life and not just on zoom lol. First run back from a whole week off was kinda rough ngl. 

2500 meter swim after with Wes, Cole and Tanner. Wish we had this good of a group when I was training.

Getting back on my feet and setting some goals. The past few months have been the hardest of my life and definitely knocked me down for a second. But I know I'll be back, stronger and more motivated than ever before. It's life experiences like these that make you into a better person and make you tough. 
ive still got a long road ahead but I feel more prepared after today.
