I've been sleeping so much better lately. I've started taking melatonin at about 8:30 and by 9:15 I'm out. It has been so great! AM- 2 by myself and 3 with our morning crew.
PM- .5 warmuup, 3 mile run, .5 strides. Nice and easy run but it was SO hot
AM- workout on the track. My legs felt a little wobbly but I was still hitting my times. Big confidence booster today! Just trying to stay mentally ready for region and state.
AM- got our mileage in this morning with a big group. Ran a little farther than 4 but the conversation was way good so it was worth it. Calves felt pretty sore from the workout yesterday but that's to be expected.
