AM- Threshold practice at swim. I moved up a lane which was a stretch for me. I was soo tired after but I felt really good about the workout.
PM- 3x400s on the track for the team to get ready for footlocker. I am sad I'm not going with the team but I know they will all do amazing. I get to swim this weekend instead. I'm not sure what exactly I'm swimming this weekend but hopefully, I am in shape enough now to be on top of my times from last season.
Also- This is the start of my two-week break so I guess I won't have any mileage on here for a second!
