It's been about 5 months since I was running consistently. Honestly I just needed a break from someone telling me to work out. I was so upset about how things ended at UVU and the team environment there that I let it cloud the way I feel when I run. It's time for me to get back into it! I am starting very slow but I have big goals and I know it's all about consistency. I'm just excited to get back into it!
