2 miles on the trusty treadmill. It has gotten so cold so fast here. It felt good to run a little farther today and I felt a bit more normal. Finished with a lot of stretching to help my body adjust. I think I'm going to shoot for a half marathon in January for some race distance practice - and then try and race in March/April. I'm so excited to be getting back into things - feeling better, more confident, and strong, I know it's not going to be super fun getting back into shape but I know myself and I'm not gunna give up!
